ATG: Draw a pony experiencing a miracle / Draw a pony forging their own destiny

I was really short for ideas for this prompt, but it did remind me of how I see things playing out with my two OCs Macrophage and Spectrum Gear. As I’m not sure I’ll ever have the skill to draw out the full story I’m doing a version of how things end for them (well, act 2 of 3)

For months Spectrum had been tracking the changeling. Despite knowing what it was months went by and he could never find Macrophage do anything wrong or be involved in a larger plot. The frustration built until it got to a point where the bug’s faked innocence in his unicorn form was more than he could take and he ambushed him, planning to haul him in. Spectrum ended up on the wrong side of the encounter though, waiting to be lunch for him.

Both have been filling roles that were almost expected. Macrophage had kept on infiltrating, hoping that he could piece a life together like that. When that’s dashed because somepony finds him out he realizes that this will always happen eventually and he needs to move somehow towards something, anything else.
Spectrum had been nearly captured during the attack on Canterlot, and even now had several friends that had never been found. He’d left the city to avoid this exact thing, so when he discovered Mac’s secret he tried to find out a larger plot, getting angrier by the day as Mac seemed totally innocent (due to the small fact he was). He realizes this just isn’t the monsters of his past.

Thus it hits the last part of the prompt. This is the moment where the two create their own path.

(technical stuff: I had the time and wanted to start getting more experience laying things out in comic form, varying shots a little. At least as much as one can do in a few hours available to do these prompts)
