Possible, but unlikely. There wasn’t a hint of him to be seen in Dash’s parent’s house and they had a ton of pictures of Dash through her life. One would think her older brother would have shown up a few times at least.

Huh. I always think that Rainbow Blaze is Rainbow Dash’s elder brother, meaning Bow Hothoof is their dad.

If he was related to her in anyway, wouldn’t it make sense for him to have had more of a role in the show and be shown hanging around her and her parents or at least in flashbacks of Rainbow Dash’s life?
I’d believe the second one but in the episode “Parental Glidance” we saw a younger Bow Hothoof in a flashback supporting his daughter when she was a filly and he didn’t look much different than his current self and still had his yellow hooves and different cutie marks, so it’s unlikely that they are the same.
I think it’s most the likely the writers simple deciding to redesign him a bit so he’d look more unique.

I’m pretty sure the one on the right is her uncle while the one on the left is her dad…or, since the one on the right was only seen in a flashback, he could be a younger version of her dad.
