Sprout wonders why Applebloom is always patching up her old, childhood clubhouse every morning.Another entry in the Sprout/Applebloom saga, as well as G5 meets G4. I haven’t done Sprout and Applebloom in a little while, and I wanted to continue to explore their relationship as student and teacher. As Sprout continues to work/train on the farm, bits and pieces of Applebloom’s life and experiences are gradually revealed to him. Despite being his mentor, the old mare is rather closed off concerning her past, but that doesn’t stop him from getting curious. He notices many old knick-knacks around her home, as well as many photos of herself and her family. But perhaps the most noteworthy thing of all is the old, decrepit clubhouse located in a tree on the farm. The thing appears to have seen better days and is clearly falling apart, yet every morning Applebloom spends a lot of her time patching it up. Sprout doesn’t question it since Applebloom forbids questions about her past and her childhood, but he does find it strange. This takes place before the moment Applebloom opens up about her memories of Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo.
You know… that makes perfect sense.
Apple Bloom is probably too stubborn to die. I wouldn’t be surprised if she got that from Granny Smith.
