I wonder why it’s so common trope for magic/energy/soul to be sucked from the mouth?
Maybe something to do with how we eat? We take in energy through our mouths, do it’s supposed to evoke some sort of feeling when that process is reversed?
Idk. I just find it strange it usually from the mouth.
