Still doesn’t feels right to me that Atom suddenly decided to have a heartfelt chat with the women who tried to kill her multiple times while a large bunch police reinforcement is on the way.
Sure it worked but it could also gone like this: “No. I don’t have a sad childhood. I’m a cop because the pay is good and I don’t care about the suffering of others as long as they’re just stranger.” BLAM!
Or like this: “You ruined my career. Now I can no longer afford heliodryl and it’s only a matter of time before I end up in the gutter.” BLAM! Just saying telling the women who is prone to violent outburst and whose live you ruined that she’s not going to shoot you isn’t a smart idea.
Even if it’s cliched it think it would’ve worked way better if Jump was stuck under some debris and Atom went back to save her.
But to end on a more positive note: It’s great to hear that the comic was succesful enough for Captainhoers to make a living out of it.
