That scene was both hilarious and adorable and its funny how she was bad at dancing but manged to be great at it during the movie.
That’s only if Hasbro allows it and considering how they treated him more then likely it won’t also the comics and such have dubious canon at least from what I understand ( I’m a new fan of G4 so I have a much different mindset to things) personally I like to think that EQG and the comics are their own separate universes from the show with events that have happened ( like the catalist for EQG was sunset meeting celestia in the main timeline they never meet you get me?).

Well it did happennin the twilight sparkles science fair sparks novel so if it can happen there, it can also happen between these two as well
I’d agree if it was handled better which it wasn’t and considering the events of eqg are never brought up in the show a long with canon for both being so dubious effectively means the pairing probably isn’t happening ( that and Hasbro have pretty much axed it so yeah).
