I know how to do most of that, but how do you have part of the stomach cropped away with the camera still being so far back? I know you can edit the znear value but wouldn’t that clip through parts of Twilight, too?

Where do I begin? Well, EternalKitty made ReVOred HWM models with the included stomach for each pony model. When I had the shot set up, I used the ReVOred HWM Trixie model, baked bones & scaled up her size a little bit, enabled material overrides for her, examined the model in the element viewer to apply an $alpla float to the body material, as well as a few other materials getting in the way of the shot until it was just the stomach. Then for the Blank background, you can use any plane model or skybox with material overrides to $color it black. Have it placed behind the stomach setup, make sure the camera facing the angle you want is aligned, and there ya go!
