It is a beautiful August evening and two couples have come together to the top of the mountain to watch the sunset.
Sunshower and Starburst have flown onto a nearby cloud. Lemon Hearts and Rare Find watch from the ground.
This is all heavenly.
I can hear the music playing somewhere far away happy chords.
The bright rays of the sunset shimmer on my mane.
I look longingly towards the sun,
I imagine in my mind your voice, your essence, your laugh, everything,
hoping that you would be by my side here with me until the sunset, and
a great longing rings in my chest. Missing.
