I noticed that a lot of black Twilight humanization designs had small noses, small lips, and straight hair, so the goal for this design was to keep as many black-coded features as possible.Here’s a bonus Spike doodle!

theres literally an artpack called marenheit 451 thats just aryanne art because 4 years ago derpibooru decided they wanted to ban nazi imagery. i dont really have a lot of faith in this fandom when it comes to race, especially considering where it originated from
Well I mean spikes a dragon. What most people do is put him in a dragon Hoodie / give him a green mowhawk. Neither are options here for this au.

Yeah, it’s disappointingly predictable (and very telling) that the images under the 1920s AU tag that feature black humanizations are downvote-bombed to a score of zero or negative. It’s a trend you see all across Derpi with almost every set of varied-race humanizations.

Idk this clearly read as spike to me. I have a feeling that people are just using that as a certain excuse for things
The humanized tag has 114787 images in it. That’s one hundred and fourteen thousand, seven hundred and eighty seven. It’s a big number. Are you really going to pretend that there has never been a realistic humanization that looked like the characters? It’s okay for people to have standards, it doesn’t make them jerks. Drawing a character well means very little to me when I can’t recognise them. Artists can do both, and that’s not asking too much.
almost like its a realistic humanization or something. and spike is dragon. which aren’t realistic. how crazy is that?
