Since the first death by headshot was Tuco Salamanca, and there were none between him and his cousin Marco when he tried to kill Hank with an axe to avenge him, it likely must’ve been near, if not at the end of season 3 (there were quite a few headshots around that time of the series, with Gale’s to cap it off — no pun intended).

I forget. I just got tired of seeing people getting shot in the head. Last time I saw was roughly 2013 or 2014.
Not surprising, since Giancarlo Esposito also lent his voice and appearance to Antón Castillo.
