Sunrise Glisten is the original human counterpart of Sunset Shimmer. (For those who don’t know, Sunset Shimmer is originally a pony that entered the human world where each pony has a human counterpart). When Sunset was on her evil spree, the original human version decided to change her name to Sunrise Glisten to avoid being confused for the one causing trouble. During this time, she was a student of Crystal Prep instead of Canterlot High. I’m not completely sure what Sunrise did to earn a spanking, but judging by the look on her face, she’s not going to be sitting for a while.
