Are you talking about the one with Captain Ortega? In Season 3 & 4 there were some episodes where the Snorks interacted with humans like Big City Snorks, Spills, Chills, & Drills, and Sea Shore Sideshow.
Yeah, I liked the Snorks too. I remember being annoyed that the epic intro made it feel like the snorks actually interacting with humans was going to happen anytime soon, but then it never did!
They are like underwater smurfs but with diverse colors.
