Hey everyone!
We are here for another instalment of the “Introducing” series, wherein I introduce you to characters and faces from my OC roster that have never been seen on DeviantArt before.
And today, it is the turn of Amber.

Amber is a 28 year old arboreal peryton doe who lives on the outskirts of Baltimare, and works for the Equestrian Railway Service as a conductor.
Physically, she is small and not especially strong and has a weak immune system, leading her to get ill fairly often. However, with Amber now taking vitamin supplements, this will be at least somewhat negated in the future.
Though rather small for an adult doe, her proportions are the same as larger deer. This gives her a more dainty and slender appearance, making her seem a fair bit younger than she actually is. She is very fast for a peryton whilst in flight and has the usual exceptional agility that her species is renowned for.
Amber is always to be found with her necklace, no matter the occasion - and though this resembles the amulets that Hippogriffs use, it is actually just a smooth and inert piece of Carnelian.
This was a treasured and hoof-made gift from her grandmother, and Amber attaches a lot of sentimental value to it.
Notably calm and relaxed in the face of almost any situation, Amber is methodical yet quick-witted in an emergency situation, and she has, over the last 10 years, gained the trust and admiration of her colleagues for her stellar service record thus far.
Amber is openly pansexual, promiscuous, and believes wholeheartedly that love should be given and received freely, and cares little about the species of potential partners, so long as they are physically compatible.
