HIMARS (M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System) is a light multiple rocket launcher developed in the late 1990s. It’s capable of carrying either six GMLRS rockets or one ATACMS missile allowing precision strikes deep in enemy’s rear.

Ukraine received first HIMARS systems in the late June 2022 and immediately started using them to destroy orcs’ control posts, ammunition and fuel storage depots. This was a severe blow to the enemy’s logistics which helped to reduce the shelling intensity effectively stalling the already limited advances.

Fun fact: ATACMS launch containers also have six circles on the business end, to make it hard for the enemy to distinguish them from regular GMLRS containers.
