Yeah, with how suggestive this image is out of context, it’s probably no surprise they already changed the thumbnail image for the video. Though I do wonder why they even allowed it to go up in the first place. I do recall a few other examples in the past, so perhaps there might be a persistent lack of proper quality control when it comes to uploading the videos…
