I think it’s Tianhuo as an empress, but maybe not
I sure hope it’s animated. And yeah, props to devs for not only making the visual pun real, but making it go even further over the top than would be thought.
Definitely a different palette than the crimson-and-gold I prefer to imagine her in, and waaaaaaaaaay longer than I ever expected.
Looks absolutely incredible though, and I can’t wait see how it looks animated!
