That first physical must’ve really been something.

Actually, I got the idea from StarCraft, the second panel is an ‘annoyance’ response by the Terran Medic. Took like 12-15 years of playing it off-and-on till I got it.

I’ll leave the gutter now and return to safer stuff.

It’s part of a standard checkup procedure of a complete physical, specifically for adult males.
You know, open your mouth to check your tongue, gums, throat for weirdness; tap your knee, maybe elbow, with a little hammer for reflexes; use the stethoscope to listen to your heartbeat and lungs; hold your attachments… down there… then say, “Turn your head and cough”.
From a Google search:
The doctor is checking for a hernia. When you turn your head and cough, the doctor, through pressure against the testicular wall, discovers whether a piece of intestine pokes through, thus demonstrating a hernia.
So Nurse Redheart is groping the viewer to “check for a hernia”.
Though the fact she isn’t wearing her hat suggests she is off duty.
