Yes, and? Also, both of you: it’s a joke, as was Faust’s Twitter comment. Lighten up and expand your horizons… like Winter Light there! -:)
Moreover, it was a rather … repulsive joke she made on Twitter, as I remember.
Honestly though Faust stopped being relevant to the show after The Return of Harmony so we don’t really put much stock into her words. She also tried to put her daughter’s OC into the show.
