AE: Oh blessed Celestia! Thank you, Sketchy. Seriously if I heard that song one more time I’d be prepared to take a mallet to the damned thing.
SS: “No problem. Got to have a sound engineer around for something now after all. Since we’re you know, no longer doing any actual recordings.
AE At least it’ll save your eardrums, though…heheh.
SS: Wow, was that an actual smile?
AE: More of a grimace really, I imagine…
SS: So is this really the best you could come up with to replace the Captain?
AE: Have you seen the list they put together?
SS: Yeah but, y’know what they say? You can make art out of anything if you put your mind to it.
AE: I suppose I just don’t understand Britishness that well. I mean, I’m trying for ‘self-confident’ but it’s just coming across as obnoxious when I read it back. When I try noble she sounds pompous and the vapidness, oh, Harmony, the vapidness…

AE: “Can’t. They want an update every day. Easiest way to achieve that is to reduce the quality and backgrounds. So no costly film and editing times either. To be honest we blew a load of that budget on the model. You try finding a pony with that physique that has a free enough schedule. I managed to call in some favours.
SS: “Oh, who might this be?”
AE: “Somepony with a very ironic name under the circumstances. It still gets my teeth on edge though, I mean the office was hardly the best set but it was so rich in backdrop, you know. So many people asking about that. I had such wonderful plans.

AE: …I suppose I just saw so much potential. There’s so much she could do if only I could direct her properly. It’s like she’s a well of creativity that can be sculpted into a fountain.”

AE: “So very. It’s like she gets…”
SS: “Under your skin? Heh, well looking at her weapons cabinet makes me think she could do that with ease if you crossed her…but I get what you mean. She’s got something, like you’d better grab on for the ride before you get run over sorta thing?”
AE: “I suppose…never was much of a runner.”
SS: “So, this is it, eh? Well up you get, Chocolate Charlie, <Rustling of candy wrappers> Let’s head to the studio and see if we can’t make ’Her Highness’ fly a little.”
