This scene from Fallout Equestria does not end the way you think it does. Let’s just say it was one of the most tear-jerking and darkest parts of the fic.

I know what you mean by that, as I read that fic all the way through… But just the way you worded it reminded me of this scene from Monty Python

Applejack and Sweetie Belle actually make it to the vaults and live until the day they die of age.
Yea it is a good fic. And yea they had nasty deaths.
Some of them get better though.
I was listening to the very emotional FoE radioplay and my mom came in, asking what was that dramatic radio thing. On the verge of tears, I replied “My Little Pony.”
“Bullshit!”
Just the whole feel of that scene made me sad. Pinkie Pie, all alone and clutching the statue of her best friend, who she wanted to make up with…
Actually pretty much every single one of the Mane 6’s demise(except RD) were tearjerkers.
But yeah I think Pinkie’s was the one that made me cry first.
