That’s actually a serious health risk: if the blood isn’t flowing out of the dick, then new blood, full of oxygen and nutrients, can’t flow in to replace it. The cells that make up the dick will begin to die. Not only does that cause the complete loss of the dick, it also causes blood poisoning, which is often fatal.
The only thing that can be done is to restore the outflow of blood. This can be achieved through a variety of methods, listed below in ascending order of DEAR GOD, NO!!!:
  1. Resetting the dick to passive mode, such as by immersing it in water heated to a certain temperature, or by applying pressure to certain areas.
  2. Phlebotomization, aka ‘stick a needle into one of the veins in the penis and drain some of the blood out, which will hopefully trigger the much needed softening.’
  3. If all else fails, stab a scalpel straight down the pisshole and give it a twist. Penis will very quickly become drained of excess blood.
