Oh coke and ket! That is the notorious Calvin-Klein combo!
You see, you can’t take too much k without blacking out, but instead use coke to keep awake. The substances counteract effects of the another, and by combining the two, one can consume way larger amounts than either of these substances alone. One can get into weird disordered mental states beyond comprehension.
For normal pony this would be quite stupid and unhealthy, but Celestia has liver and kidneys of an immortal being, so it is fine for her I guess.
