An Edit and an introduction to an OC of mine: Rainfall

Rainfall, a mysterious Pegasus which seems to have only with one wing, It has been rumoured that this Pegasus watches other ponies, especially Twilight Sparkle and Sunny Starscout from a distance, most frequently during Rainfall, Although it also seemed to respect privacy. Serveral attempts of trying to come in contact with the Pegasus always remain unsuccessful, as he fades away as if he wasn’t even there. Nopony knows what this Pegasi’s origin is and what are it’s goals are. Maybe he’s an hallucination? or an illusion? but all that being said, let’s just hope there isn’t anything sinister within it’s mysterious behaviour.
