Medabot 7 came out quite some time ago ,so chances for a western release are pretty small.
Found some footage from a let’s play for the Gamecube one.

Metabee seems somewhat closer to his show counterpart.
It was… I lost track of it’s release date…
Anyway one of the GBA games(AX) has him talk but it’s more the standard bland lines that anyone can say, “we have to win the tournament” and stuff, but it’s very light on character interaction anyway, in both there is a Metabee and Rokusho version on both GBA game and the RPG one only has him say “kiss you bot goodbye” when you first see the metaforce, after that he says nothing and basically sits there.
Never played the Gamecube one.
I just got two Medabot games second-hand.
Haven’t tried the GBA version yet ,but Metabee certainly talks in the Gamecube one.
BTW. Medabot 7 is the one I meant. Came out September 2012 ,I believe.
Dude there are lots of Japan only, in the US we only got 3(two spinoff games), the main games counting the upcoming one has 7 with a few spinoffs.
If so did you find it off to not have Metabee ever really say anything but the others all act for the most part like they did in the show?
They actually released new Medabots games for the 3ds…. in Japan only ,of course..
That’s what I mean, he only really ever stands still to fire his missiles or the metaforce.
Its like giving kids guns that can also have attitude issues.
if ponies in the show can raise their hoof to point at things. Metapony should be able to point and shoot. He would have to stand still ,though… He’s not gonna be happy about that.
He has two barrels on each arm, he’s supposed to have one on his right arm!

Boy is MeTabee going to be pissed when he just ends up shooting the ground or falling over when he tries to shoot someone.
