The Wondering planet that we have named Kelster 2, named after our ship Kelster 1, has finely wondered near a star. It’s still -35 degrees Celestials out side, but at least we wouldn’t freeze instantly with out cloths anymore. We had set up a radio tower up top with the help of our lone engineer Oisin, who has been taking it quite well strangely. Can’t say the same about Lorcan, He’s been trying to keep busy, the poor lad is still beating himself over the crash that he keeps claiming he could have help more. I don’t know what a solder could have done then.

Getting back on track, we hiked up from our cave like ship, as it had imbedded itself into the side of a mountain, and tried ones more to call for help. Oisin is still holding out hope someone will hear the repeated transmission, but with how poorly set up it is I doubt it comes out even close to hearable on the other end.

Lorcan went out after we heard something clawing at the side of the shack. He found definitive claw marks, so there must be life here. I fear to think what could live on a rock that flies through space that get’s light an average of 5 years per 100 years. For safety I made them carry there old .357 magnum revolvers just incase we get caught out.

Still no luck on getting help, I’ll keep trying, but I’m not too hopeful. This is Captain Rory Hitch signing off.
