Yeah, 7B94 missed the “の” at the end of Twilight’s name. I missed it on first reading, too. (entirely my fault, not the creator’s. I’m still a learner at Japanese. :) )
The “の” after Twilight’s name makes it a possessive noun.
“トワイライトお兄さん” would be “Twilight older brother” but “トワイライトのお兄さん” makes it “Twilight’s older brother”
