Hey everyone,

So now that I’m beginning to find my way around the Russian VK site, I’m finding more bases to work with. And imagine my surprise when I found BREEZIE bases… Well then, I thought- it was high time to both rework Barkstripe, my sole Breezie OC.

Firstly, I reverted to a manestyle much closer to her original one- it’s very similar, but not identical. She had her frankly ridiculous amounts of eyelashes reduced as well, as they were frankly overbearing, and took attention away from the rest of her.

Her wings were given a darker colouration that I felt fitted better with her newer look, and I did my usual colour tweaks and adjustments as per normal.

And for those who are newer here- no, I did not forget her tail, that’s actually lore accurate for this little OC. Within my AU, this tiny lady lost her tail after a feral cat attacked her. Subsequently nursed back to health by Fluttershy and Rose Bug, Barkstripe has healed physically from her injury, but , understandably, is now utterly terrified of all cats.

One of these days, I’ll have to depict her with her “house.” It’s utterly adorable, and something gifted to her by Fluttershy.
