In the Sunjackers verse Twilight Sparkle isn’t the princess of friendship in this universe she is a prime minister who aids the princesses if equestria for any political rights. She made the choice of choosing the part of making herself a prime minister to help the royal sisters towards a new age of equestri. For years Twilight as the prime minister being the peace keeper of royalty, ponie, and all creatures across equestria notifying all of the news of anything for what is to come, until later on when the sun had vanished from equestria no one knows of what had happened to the royal sisters or to prime minister Twilight Sparkle that she had disappeared or passed away 40 years before the Sunjackers series.
