I’ve wanted to do this for a while, so here’s a poster with all the characters that appear in the “Nightmare Moon Arc” of my fanfic series, My Little Sister is a Dragon.

The only characters I didn’t bother to show are random background characters and students that would show up at Nightwatch’s community college, but I did add a few nameless batponies that are part of the Cult of Eternal Night. Also, Mr. Nebula is in there (the green guy with brown hair and glasses) and this is my first time showing what he looks like. There are characters that make cameos like Steven Magnet and of course the Mane Six, Spike, Zecora and Applebloom over there on the hilltop. I even put in a few little objects that have importance like Nightwatch’s telescope and journal, Buttercream’s egg, and the Elements of Harmony in their inert orb forms.

For anyone that is new, this series centers around 2 OCs of mine: Nightwatch the Unicorn and Buttercream the Dragon. Nightwatch finds Buttercream’s egg one day and hatches it and takes her in as his sister much like we saw with Spike and Twilight. Nightwatch, being very eager to prove that Nightmare Moon will return on the night the prophecy speaks of, decides to travel over to the Everfree Outlook with Buttercream to get a good look at it through his telescope. They end up in the Everfree Forest and come across a group of fanatical batponies called the Cult of Eternal Night. Even more concerning are the Brotherhood of Grogar, a group of sorcerers from Tambelon, who are lead by Bray the Donkey (Grogar’s minion in G1). The Cult worships Nightmare Moon as a goddess and are preparing for her return while the Brotherhood are up to even darker deeds that they believe can revive Grogar, but first they must rely on Nightmare Moon being defeated by the Elements of Harmony in order to power a giant robot called a Golem. Nighty and Butter are thrust into adventure as they are caught in the conflict between both groups and end up coming face to face with Nightmare Moon herself. This is just the first of many adventures they will find themselves in, all while a familiar purple unicorn and her friends have adventures on the side.
