If Thorax ever had to use the Pearl of Transformation to speak with Queen Novo in Seaquestria or something, I can imagine him having looked something like this. (Granted, he could’ve probably just transformed himself into a seapony straight-up, but eh, call it a symbolic gesture of goodwill and whatnot.)
