A certain scene from a mlp HOI4 mod forever changed my brain chemistry about these two.

This is what I was spending the last two and a half weeks on btw :P

Finished the Grogar panel within the first week.

Would’ve finished the Twilight panel faster, but I had a nasty case of my wisdm tooth poking my gum, so I had to get that fixed which put me out of comission for 2 days, and then the Fallout tv show came out so I set aside 2 nights to watch that. In the end Twilight’s panel came out slower by 4 days.

Compared to how much time I used to spend per panel when I was making that Rosa-William comic, this was certainly an improvement, those panels each took months to make.

But I also nearly got sidetracked by putting unnecessary attention to detail for the background. Well, I technically did… but! I managed to finish those statues, pillars, and lighting all in a pretty solid timeframe. Compared to before anyway, so I’ll take that as a win and a confirmation fo my improved skills as an artist.
