@Background Pony #A901
You’know, in the comics of season 10, she was given a decent fate. She was going to go away to get an education, like Maud, and looked really excited about it. And as they say, comics are canon as long as they do not contradict the animated series, though Marble is way too verbose in them I think
Would be fun to see Marble becoming post-Season 9 villain, but that also means the show gets darker, but closer to reality, where even your relatives can be corrupted, not only non-relatives or monster/alien beings, in this case by lust.
If the show writers for late seasons did Marble dirty, fix this by either turn her a new major threat/villain, or find her a love for more kid-friendly way out (only works as side characters for other major plots).
But it also sucks that FiM is over… Marble ended in heartbroken manner is such a bad ending for a non-villain.
I’m usually not for such drastic changes in characters but I’m really loving this comics take on it. I can sympathize with being the shadow or forgotten member of a family and finally having enough. I know people who just decided one day they weren’t going to be treated the same anymore and completely changed, often for the worse.
