Option C: The mane six somehow made Celestia gigantic, which bothers her as it makes it even harder for her to come across as approachable.

So so this could.be two things. Option A: celestia has become evil and someone grew her to become a giant. So now the mane 6 has to fight her to free her.
or

Option B: Celestia was already a giant and she is either angry/disappointed at the mane 6 for something they did.
