Roiling Beaker is the caped unicorn that consistently runs himself ragged with his studies. A stallion of too many hats, he’s taken position as CaBay’s librarian, archivist, lighthouse operator, chemist, professor, and rune architect. Many think he’s a hermit by choice, but that’s only partially true. He’s just stretched too thin, running between each of his jobs, and miraculously succeeding at it all. Beaker truly is a brilliant unicorn, but his habits hold him back. His social life isn’t totally dead, however; he frequently has note-swapping sessions with the town’s pharmacist, Sweet Placebo, the only pony in town that shares his fascination with chemistry.
