Unfortunately, you don’t have much choice.
Choose the best source you can, the less compressed the better.
Then, you can maybe try to vectorise your screenshot (try Inkscape for that).
Or then, maybe, try some filtering like upscale2x, then median filter, then downscale x2.
Last thing to try, Waifu2X with the “remove noise” option only.
