It’s mostly because it’s too much tacked on at the same time. It feels like someone trying to check diversity boxes. I mean you got several types of neurodivergent traits, queer traits, AND physical maladies all packed onto a single character. Oh, and also implied minority.
(its ableism and transphobia all in one, anything not an able bodied person ashamed of having interests and is hetero is “cringe”)
