Most MLP villains shown in this image yes but if we take every single MLP villain into consideration, including Starlight, Sunset Shimmer, Cozy Glow, The Dazzlings, and Daybreaker (if she even counts), all of whom are light-skinned, no. Not at all.
And the timberwolf isn’t a villain.

Darkness has always been associated with evil… Like, not as in race, but moreso “light vs dark / ying vs yang / sun vs moon” MLP is not the place to be trying to talk about race, unless you want to talk about how they changed the skin colors in equestria girls, or the fact that they were originally going to look more human but shot down the idea. They’re horses and animals. Who cares.

Trixie Lulamoon is not dark-skinned/furred, neither is Sunset Shimmer, Starlight Glimmer, the Dazzlings, nor Cozy Glow. They’re all light/bright-skinned/furred. I wouldn’t call Discord dark-skinned/furred, he’s too patchwork. The timberwolf is not a villain, just a dangerous animal, like the cragodile and hydra.
So the only actual dark-skinned/furred villains are Nightmare Moon, Sombra, Queen Chrysalis, Tempest Shadow/Fizzlepop Berrytwist, and arguably Tirek. Five dark-skinned/furred villains vs. seven lighter-skinned/furred villains vs one who doesn’t really fit in either category.
Just more cherry-picking “I’m thirteen years old and this is deep” nonsense.
