I don’t see it as a bad version of Twilight, but rather what happens when someone without experience or preparation gets too much power, we’ve seen it a lot in other animated series/movies or even in G4 itself (I’m counting Luna)

In fact, I’ve even thought of Sci-Twi being consumed by a “deadly sin”, and in her case it would be “Gluttony”, for her insatiable desire to get all the magic (in fact, I was inspired by the anime Nanatsu no Taizai, by the character of Merlin).

First place: the first 2 movies were the beginning of the saga and the mirror magic special integrated the theme of the 4 movies very well

Second place: I loved the third movie, especially seeing a corrupted version of Twilight and the other specials continued the plot seen in the movies very well.

Third place: I liked the 4th movie, and the special was exciting, the little crossover of the Rainbooms in Equestria

Forth place: I felt those specials were very independent and somewhat apart from the plots of the movies and other specials, although I felt some fan service too.

Fifth place: Although I liked this, I didn’t really find any sense in the plot of the story and it seemed more like a summary than a special chapter or movie.
