This background is taken from the internet. The picture already shows that the line-art pony-object was drawn by an artist, and the background is just taken from the Internet. Nothing ordinary. It’s a standard situation.
I’m surprised you’re interested in this picture. There are a lot of anonymous drawings like this on this site.

This character is a representation of my consciousness. This is who I am in reality. I won’t live to be old, and I have a dark anarcho-autistic worldview, so I don’t want everyone to know my nickname. Because I am often judged for my worldview in my country’s ponyfandom. This OS shares a common nickname with my nickname. It’s nothing special. Just an ordinary OS with the qualities of a real hard life transferred to it.
