Heidi is who took command of Fillydelphia’s Talons after Stern was KIA during the Battle of Fillydelphia. In the aftermath, she relinquished the city to Gawdyna Grimfeathers and exiled herself, feeling responsible for the the soldiers she lost.
Considering that Ms. Blackfeathers has… black feathers… the dramatic increase in direct sunlight across Equestria must be absolute murder for her. I foresee the regular use of a wide-brim straw hat in her future.
