I’ve also been busy with work and homework, so sorry for the delays. x_x
If you notice, I gave Celestia’s card a golden look, instead of the usual plain colors of the main six. This is to show her royalty.
As royalty, and the one that raises the sun, she has all legendary pokemon, particularly one that comes in pairs. I gave her a Shiny Latias because it better matches her colors.” -SeaAndSunshine

The artist already stated Celestia took Cresselia after Luna became Nightmare Moon and took Darkrai as a replacement. When Luna returned to normal, she kept Darkrai and Celestia kept Cresselia.
