For a majority of chases brought to a peaceful conclusion not before LEO’s fling out a spike belt with goals to puncture the suspect’s tires when if wheelie BOOPER knows she can fly over a spike belt or most jurisdictions known to make a particular street one way when going the proper way has one know they can move the spikes down as they spring up when one passes over as if they try to go the opposite way they now are on their own over severe tire damage.
