No, most of the TF material here is the usual Fanart standard of quality allowed. (I.e. not shitty.) And it’s uploaded by various people. (I recommend Tyrranux’s stuff. The man’s a mad genius.)

Somebody who’s really, really butthurt over transformers, and uploads shitty image macros using stills from TF:Prime to try (and fail miserably) to rustle peoples’ jimmies enough so that he can convince the mods to ban Transformers material.
 
 
Back in the post-Ponibooru migration days, he was a complete pain in the ass who samefagged(*) like nobody’s business.
 
Eventually the mods banned him, but he pops up every now and then thanks to proxies.
