Well, we’re using the free market to reach the cause of a communist country, a highly advanced capital nation. So we don’t abandon some “capitalist ways” to strengthen our country.(Do you know many people get rid of poor by it rather than being mostly poor like America(The total property count of American are under ZERO for lots of people!))
2023 edit after a lot of readings
China is now the biggest revisionist social imperialism country which almost destroyed itself and regained some strength through neo-colonist towards the third worlds. Our goal is to regain control of our nation and re-establish socialism.

Don’t get me started
In the Eastern Bloc, alot of private dealings occurred behind the backs of their “communist dictatorship”.
Alot of manufacturing firms and institutions there are still sanctioned and owned by the state. It’s just that instead of exporting to the traditional markets of the Soviet Union, they work for the Capitalist firms(foreign and domestic) now.
We never saw elite guard enforcing any law, we don’t even saw one in ponyville outside the princess visit, it is clear that their activity is limited to the protection of canterlot’s castle, and maybe the rest of Equestria in case of exceptional circumstances.
I don’t really think China counts as communist anymore, honestly. But that’s hardly surprising.
Let’s consider the facts of Equestria, though: A strong leader rules through cult of personality, and she uses her elite bodyguard to enforce the law. Although private enterprise is allowed and apparently encouraged (see: Applejack selling apples at the GGG), it’s seen that everyone has a specific job to perform. Sounds more like another system to me, but eh.
There were alot of Capitalistic activities that went on behind the iron curtain during the communist era. It wasn’t strictly or well enforced nor did most of the communist authorities even have the time and resources or the consideration to enforce it, as long as they didn’t pose obvious threats to there rule. In fact, in the later years of the Soviet Union and the Eastern Bloc, some communist governments began allowing small private operations. Also, look at China right now, Vietnam, and even recently, Cuba. Only North Korea to my knowledge remains ever stubborn.
And ruthless capitalist, as seen in “Putting Your Hoof Down”.
Well equestria is a weird mix of democratic communist and monarchy
North Equestria is Best Equestria!
We will answer her calls!
Imagines countless ponies getting slaughtered by magic machinegun fires and commissars executing deserters during the climb towards retaking Canterlot from those Fascists changelings!
But strangely cool at the same time.
HEIL!
