Now don’t get me wrong. I am not demonizing/criticizing the fetish. I just, personally, can’t see the ‘kink’ in it. Beyond that, though, realizing that you are a fan of it, I’ll say you gave a fair reasoning for why you guys like it.

Let me try to explain my personal reasonings into it.  
Step 1: prepare to suspend your disbelief. Fantasies like this require you to be able to use your imagination.  
Step 2: Imagine the sensation of someone’s mouth or tongue on your body.  
Step 3: Apply that warm, wet, slick sensation to your entire body.  
Step 4: Apply that feeling to someone embracing you deep inside of themselves and loving every second of it.
 
Ignoring things like stomach acids, lack of air, etc, and reducing it to an intimate, sensual act. Focusing on little details, like how good it feels to swallow something you love the taste of and how good it feels to be comfortably full after a meal, and expanding on it.
