Well, if you don’t count Shining’s part in a Canterlot Wedding, you could say the same thing about pretty much every male character in the show.
Because he felt like an unnecessary character in the movie.
Most of his scenes could either have been removed or edited with a different character, and it would have barely affected the movie.
I doubt that flash will even get a toy.
They probably just threw him in because monster high had love interests.
