Ditz doesn’t just refer to being a blonde woman, dear. It’s usually used to imply that the person is absent minded and spacey.
Why, just because it implies that the person is a blond woman, and that thats a bad thing, and means they’re stupid? Nah, that’s not offensive at all.

It’s the “Derpy’s name is an insult that she doesn’t like” that is bad.
