They all are.  
Flash unable to move that cloud, Twilight insensitive to another’s plight, not sure about the jerkass unicorn, but usually unicorns don’t mess with the weather (Rarity and Trixie being noticeable exceptions).  
Imagine their face when they find out.

I never really got Cometlight. I got Twilight X Any Mane 6 shipping. I got Twilestia. I got Twiluna. I got Twixie. I got Twimac. I got Shiningsparkle. I got whatever they call Twilight X Cadance. I got Flashlight. I never got Cometlight. I mean, Comet Tail and Twilight standing next to each other in The Last Roundup was more than what shippers need, but geez. I’m not that fond of Flashlight, but I definitely prefer that over Cometlight.

This… is the stupidest Image I’ve seen in a while.  
Does the artist realize that not only the smug smile makes Comet Tail look like a jerk, but all Flash has to do is shove the raincloud back to him? He’s a PEGASUS, for goodness’ sake!
