As the one who originally requested this in a 4chan art thread, I am very pleased to see that it found its way here.

…and you must admit, there are certain similarities between the two characters. They’re both blue, they both are named for the moon, they’re both loud and bombastic. It was inevitable that the two of them would meet in a rock and roll battle for supremacy.
