Just because you lack the talent to express your idea doesn’t mean its a bad idea.
I’m currently writing a digimon fan fiction, and I’ve design digmon forms for the Mane 6, but I can’t draw for shit. The best I can do is describe them to someone else and hope they do it justice.
“Out there” is the exact opposite of where “people without creative talent” should throw their ideas.
I disagree. These posts spur interesting discussions and are a good way for people without creative talent to throw their ideas out there.

You’re on Derpibooru. You’d have to be stupid not to expect exploitable images uploaded; they’re by no means “shitposts” by our standards.
Given that only ponies were turned into humans, I’m pretty sure that zebras wouldn’t become humans… Being sapient doesn’t seem to count for anything, so they would be close to human at best.
But… there aren’t dragons in the human world.
The joke is that Spike (a dragon) turns into a dog in the human world, so logic dictates that Winona would be a dragon in the human world.
